We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
All our deliveries inside the UK and EU are made through Royal Mail in partnership with the local postal service of your country.
All orders placed before 15:00pm GMT daily will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are and subject to items being in stock.
Depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, your delivery can be with you starting with the next business day and up to 7 business days.
All UK mainland orders over £20 will receive FREE STANDARD 1ST CLASS ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING

Shipping prices vary by option chosen. We do not guarantee your parcel arriving within the above delivery time frames. These are guides set by Royal Mail. Miss Tights endeavour to dispatch all orders to Royal Mail on time daily, however, once your order is in the network, delivery times are out of our control.
Our packaging varies according to the items sent, however, it is always free of any logo or other clue to the contents to ensure confidentiality unless required on a customs form, which will refer to hosiery as the contents. Our system shows an anonymous return address on all parcels.
It is important that you triple check your address before finalising your order and again on the order confirmation email we send you, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses supplied to us and missing parcels as a result.
PLEASE NOTE: If sending to a company address, it is important you include the company name as Royal Mail may not deliver if the company name is not listed.
We may require a signature for some orders, namely next business day and priority orders. if this is likely to prove inconvenient please either contact us or consider another delivery address such as a workplace where someone is available to sign for your order.
Customs and VAT
Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. VAT of 20% is included on all our products
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for further steps. Upon review of your fault or situation we may arrange free return postage for your item(s) along with an exchange or refund.
If you return items are not faulty and you have decided for whatever your reason, that you no longer want them, all you need to do is return them to the below address, unopened and in their original condition within 30 days. If the goods have been opened or worn, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund as we will be unable to re-sell your item, due to hygiene reasons. We will not be responsible for costs involved to return ineligible items to you so please be sure before you return anything to us, otherwise you will need to arrange payment for return postage back to you.
To return an item to us, please package the products carefully, include the delivery note and a note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (we would advise you get free proof of posting at your Post Office and a tracking number for this as we will not be responsible for parcels that go missing en route back to us if no tracking is available to confirm delivery). Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange of the items.

We will only be able to reimburse economy post for faulty items. You must write "Returning Unwanted Goods To UK Retailer" on your return box. If this is not done, you may be charged duty. We cannot cover these charges.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund or exchange to be processed from arrival at our warehouse.
Please Note: It may take several days for your refund to be processed by the bank following the processing on our side. This can be up to an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
An email will be sent to you confirming your return information when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office, a £5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of this order. Returns from incorrect addresses also incur this charge.
If an order is shipped by us, using first class mail service with Royal Mail, and is lost in the post, the customer must wait 15 working days for the UK and 25 for the rest of the world from the date of posting before claiming from us for the order.
Royal Mail stipulate that we wait this length of time and once we have shipped the order to you there is little we can do until this time has passed. Once it has passed we then have to go through the process of claiming from Royal Mail and will liaise with you, our customer, about this at each level.
